Establishing relations to German experts
Fabian Wagner is leading the effort of winning the best German experts
for the development of an alternative energy model of East Africa which
is planned to be carried out in collaboration with African experts. In March
2004, Fabian Wagner sent out a call for expression
of interest (in German) to several German research groups.
